Anfangs hätte ich mir, wie schon in unseren Gesprächen besprochen, mehrere verfügbare Optionen im Angebot gewünscht, Sachen wo ich in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr von ausgegangen bin, dass diese ein Extraleistung sind, vor allem nicht wenn man diese Option extra angeboten bekommt. Wären diese angeboten worden als zusätzliche Optionen, hätte ich diese garantiert hinzugewählt, da diese unbedingt von Nöten sind/waren. Es hätte, Diskussionen und die zwischenzeitliche Unzufriedenheit vermieden. Aber es wurde ja für Alles eine Lösung gefunden.
IT Master hat uns immer schnell in vielen Dingen weitergeholfen die wir zu erledigen hatten. Die Qualität der Arbeit musste dennoch nicht darunter leiden. Unser Fazit: Für erschwingliches Geld bekommt man professionelle Hilfe. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank.
